You take prasāda at the temple. In the Gītā, prasāda is serenity, and Kṛṣṇa says that in that serenity all sorrow is lost.
Going deeper
2.65 says that in serenity all sorrow is lost, and that for a person with a serene mind the understanding is quickly established. The word translated as serenity is prasāda, and the story notes it is also what you take at the temple. The verse before it, 2.64, says how one gets there: by moving among sense objects with the senses free from love and hate, disciplined and controlled. 2.66 gives the other side: for the person who is not integrated there is no settled understanding and no contemplation of the self, and without that, no peace and no happiness. In the Gītā the word carries its plain sense of a clear and settled mind, reached by how one deals with what the senses meet. Read it in chapter 2 and what the Gītā says about grief.
